      What do I do if my screen does not display with the power on?

      If the battery for the device is removable, please remove the battery back cover and take out the battery. Please wait about a minute before inserting the battery to turn the device on.

      If the battery for the device is non-removable, please plug the device into the charger and press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.

      Note: If the phone does not respond to the Power button, please allow the battery to fully deplete and then recharge it before trying to turn it on again.


      Have you attempted to Hard Key Reset the device?

      Try performing a Hard Key Reset.


      Does the smartphone/tablet have any physical or liquid damage?

      If yes, then you will need to contact the manufacturer for service.
