Google Play Store errors are often caused by corrupted cache files for the Google Account on the device. These corrupted cache files may even be reloaded to the device by Google after a Factory Reset. If you have reset your device to resolve a Google Play Store error, please do not restore from backup. Restoring from backup will reload the corrupted cache files and the error will persist.
The following troubleshooting steps should resolve any Google Play Store issues.
If you are still experiencing issues check to see if there is a Google Play Store update available. If so, download and install the update.
If the previous steps do not resolve your issues, try wiping the cache partiion, or a Factory Data Reset.
